 | Heritage Gallery The Curtis L. and Arleen M. Carlson Heritage Gallery preserves and displays the tradition of excellence and innovation that have been University of Minnesota hallmarks for almost 150 years. It features interactive kiosks about significant alumni, as well as actual prototypes of famous University inventions.
The 2,600-square-foot gallery's most striking feature is a 5,000-volume wall of University-related books. Stretching some 60-feet wide and 35-feet high, the wall is a permanent work of art that wordlessly conveys the massive contribution of the University's intellectual output.
The gallery is open each day except Sunday. See the McNamara Alumni Center Heritage Gallery Web page for more information.
