Tour of Starbucks Kent Roasting Plant

On October 25, 19 alumni and friends toured the Starbucks Roasting Plant in Kent, Washington. After meeting at a closeby Starbucks store (naturally), we traveled in groups of ten for the tour - requiring us to not wear perfume, watches or anything loose... and wearing hair nets, beard nets and hard hats! They take no chances of ruining a batch of beans. It was a very interesting tour - took much longer than planned, but well worth it.
