The first discussion is set for April 3 in the Campus Club on the Fourth Floor of Coffman Memorial Union. "The Arts and the Built Environment; Changes in Suburban Life" is hosted by provost and executive vice president TOm Sullivan. A panel moderated by College of Design Dean Tom Fischer will include John Archer, chair, Cultural Studies, College of Liberal Arts; Kate Solomonson, associate dean, College of Design; and Becky Yust, head, Design, Housing, and Apparel. Later topics are Agriculture and Forestry in the Natural World, Changing Demographics: Snapshots of a New Minnesota and a New America and A Changing World: Past and Present Threats to the Public’s Health.
