We Hug in the Hallways Here is about the connection between one's behavioral style and the kind of job, career, or organizational culture one chooses. The book helps people make good choices about these things. People in "good fit" situations are happier and more productive. Those in "bad fit" situations who must stretch out their behavioral comfort too far, too often, usually experience high stress and are not as happy or productive. Obviously, since we can't have it our way all the time, the book also offers tips and techniques on how to be most behaviorally adaptive and effective with others. Since the book is appropriate for a wide range of readers—those in college, early-career, or mid-career—it would likely have strong appeal to a large segment of the alumni reader base.
