Hmoob (Hmong) Alumni Group

The Hmoob (Hmong) Alumni Group is dedicated to providing guidance and opportunity to ensure the success of undergraduate Hmong students by bringing together and strengthening relationships between the students and University of Minnesota alumni. The group is also committed to creating a warm environment for alumni members to network and dialogue.

Hmoob Alumni Group goals include:

Recruit and retain alumni members so as to forge a bigger and stronger community
Create a mentoring program between alumni and undergraduate students to guide students through academic, career, or personal issues
Establish a scholarship fund for Hmong undergraduates of the University of Minnesota
Develop support groups for alumni members

The Hmoob Alumni Group welcomes alumni, friends, students, parents, faculty and staff. With every new member, the Hmoob Alumni Group is able to offer more programs and services in support of the University and its students.
