For good and valuable consideration, I authorize the University of Minnesota Alumni Association and its agents and volunteers to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly exhibit, in whole or in part, the submitted photograph in print publication, DVDs, cd-roms, the Internet, the Alumni Association Web page and all other markets, media, or technology now known or developed in the future, without restrictions or limitation for any purpose that the Alumni Association deems appropriate, including but not limited to commercial and promotional uses.

I further consent to the use of my name and biographical material in connection with such recordings. I release the Alumni Association, its successors and assigns, agents, and all persons for whom it is acting from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the recording process, or any unintentional misspellings or inaccuracies and waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished recordings. The Alumni Association may exercise these rights itself or through any successors, transferees, licensees, distributors or other parties.
